.Dooomy! Dooomy! Dooomy!.
It works! The doom song is up and running, and it's loads of fun to play. Soon as that clock hits table, SOMEONE is trying to take counters off it. I've managed to stay alive for a very extended period of time during two games despite being at a very low life total and even having a clock on the table in one. With Copy Enchantment, I even manage to come back fairly quickly after cataclysm. Fear the walls of propaganda!
Here's the revised current deck list (and I've taken out the extra tinker and tutor):
4x Orchard - 4 Proxy
2x Brushland
1x Adarkar Wastes
2x Forest
4x Plains
3x Island
4x Armageddon Clock - 1 Proxy, 1 Korean
1x Null Rod
2x Platinum Angel - 2 Proxy
1x Enlightened Tutor - 1 Proxy
1x Tinker
4x Rampant Growth
4x Propaganda - 3 Proxy
4x Ghostly Prison
4x Privilledged Position
2x Ivory Mask - 1 Proxy
3x Copy Enchantment
4x Faith's Fetters
4x Birds of Paradise
2x Hunted Lamasu
2x Hunted Phantasm
2x Dowsing Shaman
_______
60 cards
I'm slowly wittleing away the proxies! Faith's Fetters is a spectacular card in the deck. In the future, I'm thinking about including golden wish to smooth things out, probably another copy enchantment (copy enchantment + priviledged position = GASP!), and definitely four copies of Replenish (to replace the Dowsing Shaman of coarse!). I don't think I will proxy any of the above in, since that will make it a tad stupid and will remove some of the satisfaction of slowly making the deck better. As far as the orchards go, they work great along with the birds. I haven't had any Mana issues this build at all. I almost never get the platies out, and I'm thinking of perhaps replacing them with Clearwater Goblet (of which I currently have one) Which would work great with all of the multi-colour mana production. It would certainly save me the expense of the angels (although sidebording a couple might be an idea considering I have golden wish - though this would make tinker a bit useless)!
